Mr. Jenkins graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1973, obtaining a Bachelor of Science Degree in General Engineering. After serving our country for 8½ years as an Airborne Ranger Infantry Officer, Mr. Jenkins resigned his commission and attended the University of Pennsylvania Law School, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, from which he received his Juris Doctor Degree in 1984.
Mr. Jenkins was admitted to the Bar in New Jersey and Pennsylvania in 1984. He is also admitted to practice before the Federal District Court for the District of New Jersey, the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.
