Prior to founding The Realinvestors’ Academy®, Sherman was involved in over $1.2 billion worth of real estate projects, including representing the federal government in the sale of over $500 million in real estate assets as an RTC and FDIC Asset Disposition Contractor, and the D.C. government in the sale of the land for the Newseum. Sherman also worked for D.C.-based developers responsible for developing over 3,000 acres of land and three office buildings. Ragland was listed recently in Inc.
