In addition, the stimulus bill, the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA), just passed by Congress and signed by President Obama made some significant changes in regard to the SBA’s financing programs.  Two examples include the reduction of guarantee and lender fees for SBA loans and $225 million for a new “Business Stabilization Program.”
