Ferdous has served his community with excellent quality food and service for over 21 years. He is an award-winning restaurateur and a franchisee of a fast- food chain.

He was recognized by Investor in People – UK, Scottish Healthy Choice awards, Scottish Borders Tourist Board awards, and numerous others. In addition, he has been in various newspapers and magazines for his achievement in the trade.

Recently Ferdous completed a course on Science and Health: an evidence- based approach with Open University and is now studying a course on Investigating Psychology.
