Josh Gentine is a Coach & Talent Strategist, helping organizations realize tangible business outcomes through the use of individual and team consulting. Josh received his undergraduate degree in finance from the University of Notre Dame, where he was a walk-on football player before getting his MBA from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. He previously served as a Manager in Deloitte Consulting’s human capital practice where he focused on mergers and acquisitions as well as co-managing the design of Deloitte Consulting’s global talent operations. Josh’s consulting engagements included developing post-acquisition talent strategies, developing operating models and organizational designs, creating leadership development programs, and designing, assessing, and implementing culture change programs that served as the foundation for talent and operations strategies.

Josh is a seasoned entrepreneur and in the past 13 years he has launched four businesses, ranging from food and beverage manufacturing to financial services. He now invests in and advises early stage companies on talent selection and development, team dynamics, and personal performance.

In addition to corporate board work, Josh also serves on the board of trustees for Holy Cross College, and the board of directors for Big Brother Big Sisters of Charlottesville, Virginia. Josh lives in Charlottesville with his wife Meredith, their son, Henry, and daughter, Juliette. When he isn’t coaching, advising, volunteering, and spending time with his family, Josh is training for his second Ironman Triathlon.
