Chicago, IL –June 28th, 2017 – Founder and Cofounder of CIO Landing IT, Juan Carlos Bosacoma and Hernan Silva, have just been signed to join a select group of IT experts across the United States to co-write the forthcoming book titled, Sitting Duck. Nick Nanton, Esq. along with business partner, JW Dicks, Esq., leading agents for authors worldwide, recently signed a publishing deal with each of these authors to contribute their expertise to the book, which will be released under their TechnologyPress™ imprint.

Sitting Duck is tentatively scheduled for release in fall 2017 and will serve as a resource for businesses owners and professionals alike to take the necessary precautions to protect their critical information from online threats.

Unsuspecting and often unwary businesses and their personnel are often Sitting Duck to cyber-criminals. In this digital age, it’s important to understand the risks associated with protecting your business and critical information from online threats. Additionaly, he is also a member of the Chicago CEO Roundtable, Illinois Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and University of Chicago Investment Club, and is an ex-oficio Honorary Vice-Council of Bolivia.

Hernan Silva received his B.A. in Business Administration from Northeastern University as well as numerous technical certifications among them: Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Cisco CCNA, A+, MIT Honor Code Certificate for Cybersecurity, Evolve Academy for Cyber Security Training, CompTiA Security+, Certified HIPAA Security Professional, Clio Certification, Scrum Fundamentals, VMware VTSP, GS10K.

Hernan’s has worked for small and large companies throughout his technical and entrepreneurial career. These include Micro-Tech, USA, Dell, Uwins and White Paper Computacion in Argentina. In 2005 he formed USA IT Help, a successful managed service provider company based in Chicago, which merged with CIO Landing.
