Best-selling author, time management expert, work life balance specialist and professional speaker Susan Sly releases a new article sharing how to get and keep customer attention through seeking out ways – and being – remarkable.
Scottsdale, AZ — March 30, 2017 — Best-selling author, work life balance speaker and expert, and entrepreneur Susan Sly recently published a new article titled, “Be Remarkable: How to Get and Keep Customer Attention.”
In the piece, Susan starts off my explaining why being remarkable is important in business. Specifically, because consumer attention spans have been reduced to eight seconds, businesses only have a very limited time to capture and keep attention.

One example Susan gives of a business being remarkable in their purchase fulfillment process is online vendor CD Baby. They employ some unique and innovative tactics in how they package their products before sending out to customers. These strategies have become great lead generators for the company through their tendency to “go viral.”
As Susan explains, being remarkable like CD Baby makes people want to share and promote your products (or services) because they are not only “good”, they provide an “experience.”
