For 35 years, Victor Eke-Spiff worked with Nigerian Agip Oil Company (NAOC) Ltd, and rose to senior management positions such as Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Manager, Security Manager and Quality Assurance Manager. He represented NAOC in the HSE and Security sub-committees of the Oil Producers Trade Section (OPTS) of Nigerian Chamber of Commerce, Mining and Industry; and served as NAOC representative on the Board of Directors of Clean Nigeria Associate (CNA), a Company jointly owned by the major oil producers in Nigeria for Tier-2 oil spills emergency response.

Within these 35 years, he honed his leadership and managerial skills. He trained, coached and mentored hundreds of others that have become high-flyers.

Following his passion for personal development, he continues to participate in seminars, teachings, coaching and training programs of top motivational speakers and success coaches of our time, including: Brian Tracy, Bob Proctor, Mark Victor Hansen, Jim Rohn, Mary Morrissey, and Brendon Burchard, to name a few.

In 2015, he started his new career full time, his passion and calling for helping people to discover, develop and deploy their dreams, so that they can live a life of meaning and be happier.
