Denise Swick will team with CelebrityPress, a leading book publishing company, and several leading experts from around the world to release the book, “Cracking the Real Estate Code”

Dayton, Ohio. – January 14, 2013 – Denise Swick, founder of Denise Swick and Company has joined a select group of the world’s leading real estate experts to co-write the forthcoming book titled, “Cracking the Real Estate Code: The Nations Leading Expert Advisors Reveal Their Proven Repeatable Systems to Help You Get the Best Deal on Either Side of Any Real Estate Transaction.” Two of these experts are noted real estate professionals, members of the National Association of Expert Advisors and coaches Jay Kinder and Michael Reese. Nick Nanton, Esq., along with business partner, JW Dicks, Esq., recently signed a publishing deal with each of these authors to contribute their expertise to the book, which will be released under their CelebrityPress imprint.

Denise Swick has been a Realtor in the Dayton, Ohio area for over 20 years. Her philosophy is simple; Performance outsells Promises. In addition to earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing in 1992 from Wright State University, Denise obtained her Real Estate sales license in 1989 and her Broker’s license in 1995. She received “Top Ten Teams” for southern Ohio Remax region for 2004-2012 and listed in the “40 under 40” by the Dayton Business Journal. Additionally, Denise qualifies annually for the highest levels of awards from the state and area Boards of Realtors.

Denise has distinguished herself in her field by building winning relationships with her clients and ensuring that both sides feel they can work together to form a partnership. She believes that her clients must trust the process and her plan to sell and/or buy their home.
