‘Former Fat Kid’ Steven Krebs Helps Clients In Upstate New York Feel Comfortable In Their Own Skin As They Burn Fat Via His Fitness Boot Camps – Part of Next Level Athletic Performance, A Company That Also Trains Young Athletes
Marcy, NY – September 20, 2011 – Steven Krebs, owner of the Next Level Athletic Performance and Next Level Performance Boot Camps in Upstate New York, isn’t shy about sharing his personal fitness story with potential new clients on his website—or showing them the before and after pictures.
The clients in the Steve Krebs Fitness Boot Camps see a business owner and coach committed to their individual success via a revolutionary fat burning system guaranteed to burn unwanted body fat in only 2-3 hours a week. A 1997 graduate of Holland Patent who earned his bachelor’s degree in health science from SUNY Cortland, Krebs is a certified personal trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), a Level 1 Youth Conditioning Specialist by the International Youth Conditioning Association (IYCA), and a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
The camp is a program that runs 35-40 minutes, five days a week, and 4-6 weeks depending on the time of the year. All 3 and 12 month memberships include: one measurement per month; a done-for-you nutrition plan; a done-for-you boot camp manual; a boot camp success manual; nutrition seminar; and all member appreciation events.
Everything in the boot camps and Next Level Athletic Performances’ other programs—including semi-private personal training and athlete training—is geared around boosting the clients’ confidence about their bodies. Krebs promises they will: lose unwanted body fat for good; gain energy; meet new friends; turn their bodies into fat burning machines; (for women) fit into their skinny jeans; look better and have fun in the process; learn proper training techniques; learn healthy eating habits; and (again, for women!) “get that bikini body year round!”
Krebs recently moved Next Level Athletic Performance to a 7000 square foot facility (up from the original 2000) to have more space to work with athletic training. He trains athletes from age seven through college level, using different modalities of training with kids based on flexibility, speed, agility and quickness. Older ages work more with strength and resistance training. He conducts small groups with athletes of both genders ages 10-18.
