William served as the Mayor of Paxtang from 2000 to 2004 and served as the first ever President of the Pennsylvania Club for Growth a conservative think-tank, and still keeps his pulse on state and federal politics.  William is a Co-Host of an investment radio program on WHP-580 every Saturday morning from 6 to 7 am. William and his Co-host Rebekah Godlewski will be expanding to Clear Channel stations in both Harrisburg and the Lancaster market place, March of 2011.

He is the father of six children, three of whom are living with Fragile X and Autism.  Having children with special needs has spurred him to create Special Planning LLC, a firm that specializes in Estate Planning and Financial Planning for Families with Special Needs Loved Ones.
